SUMMER TAI CHI

As in previous years we will be holding a number of Summer Tai Chi sessions at outdoor venues across the local area. Previous years sessions have been held at Formby Beach & Pinewoods, Southport Victoria Park & Kings Gardens and Hesketh Bank Allotments Community Garden

These sessions are always great fun and a highlight of the year.

VERSUS ARTHRITIS UK

I’m really proud and excited to be working with Versus Arthritis UK to  share some Introduction to Tai Chi Sessions for their Let’s Move  Campaign. These sessions have been specifically designed, part seated  and part standing, to encourage you to move your body gently with the  movements of Tai Chi. My aim is to introduce you to the gentle, low-impact movements of Tai Chi & QiGong to help you stay fit and active for life. I teach with a health, fitness and well-being approach. I believe fitness should be fun and, regardless of your age or fitness level, my classes can be modified or progressed so that you can exercise within your comfort zone, adapt to any individual needs and enjoy the benefits to your body, mind and soul.

Hi, My name is Daphne Richardson.
Welcome to my Freshfield Fitness website.

I am a TAI CHI ACTIVE INSTRUCTOR. I’m also a Qualified Tai Chi and QiGong Instructor for Health, Fitness and Well-Being. I am a TCHI Qualified Tai Chi for Arthritis, Falls Prevention, Rehabilitation and Energy Instructor. I have passed my Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine with Distinction (special interest QiGong).

I’m also a Qualified Active IQ Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Gym Instructor.
