Firstly, they are fantastic low impact exercise methods that can be performed by anyone, any age and fitness level. Secondly, they are a simple way of moving our bodies, in a gentle, low impact way. They help participants to get and stay active, build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination which will help in everyday life. Thirdly, with their origins firmly associated with Traditional Chinese Medicine, they are holistic, self healing exercises that deliver a sense of calm, peace and relaxation to each participant. This makes them a very effective stress relief when practised on a regular basis.

ONE-TO-ONE OR SMALL GROUP

Personal or Small Group Classes

Whilst all my group Classes are friendly and welcoming, you may prefer to have an indivudal session or practise in a small group of friends. One-to-one or small group Tai Chi and QiGong classes can be organised to fit in with your  lifestyle. Regular or one-off, these sessions can provide a more personalised Tai Chi and QiGong experience, and are especially effective if you are looking to incorporate guided relaxation, mindfulness and moving meditation into your busy schedule.

Such tailor-made programmes can also be designed to focus on learning a specific Tai Chi form, to grasp Tai Chi basics or deepen your practice. Have a think about what aims and goals you feel Tai Chi and QiGong could help you achieve and let’s get a session organised.
