These sessions have been specifically designed, part seated and part standing, to encourage you to move your body gently with the movements of Tai Chi. Thanks to Platinum Magazine UK for inviting me to be a Guest Fitness Expert in their April edition. In the article I give an insight into the benefits that regular Tai Chi can deliver to our physical and mental well-being and two of my lovely class members also share their experiences.
My aim is to introduce you to the gentle, low-impact movements of Tai Chi & QiGong to help you stay fit and active for life. I teach with a health, fitness and well-being approach. I believe fitness should be fun and, regardless of your age or fitness level, my classes can be modified or progressed so that you can exercise within your comfort zone, adapt to any individual needs and enjoy the benefits to your body, mind and soul.
