I teach regular Tai Chi and QiGong classes in Formby, Southport and the surrounding area.

These classes are gentle, low impact exercise deliver the many health and well-being benefits from the regular practise of Tai Chi and Qigong.

Class members have improved balance, built strength, experienced less stress, and used Tai Chi as part of their pain management for conditions such as Arthritis and Fibromyalgia

Group classes are a great way to stay active and make fitness part of your regular routine. They’re an excellent way of meeting new people and are always sociable, friendly and fun!

Why not follow along at home whilst watching my YouTube videos?

Always exercise within your own comfort zone and within your own range of motion. Consult a Doctor, Medical Professional or GP before starting any new exercise regime. Stay relaxed and tension free at the joints so that you do not overstretch. Focus on calm breathing, deeper than you would normally if you can, and really develop the feeling of each movement. Find you own Flow!
