GROUP CLASSES

I teach regular Tai Chi & QiGong group classes in Formby, Southport and the surrounding area.

These classes are gentle, low impact exercise that deliver the many health and well-being benefits derived from regular practice of Tai Chi & QiGong. They are a great way to stay active, meet new people and are always sociable, friendly and fun!

Class members have improved balance, built strength, experienced less stress, and used Tai Chi as part of their pain management for conditions such as Arthritis, Chronic Pain and Fibromyalgia.

I can also design Personalised Sessions to meet your specific needs.

I am experienced in the planning and delivery of tailor-made Tai Chi & QiGong programmes working with many well-known companies both online and in-person.

My aim is to introduce you to the gentle, low-impact movements of Tai Chi & QiGong to help you stay fit and active for life. I teach with a health, fitness and well-being approach. I believe fitness should be fun and, regardless of your age or fitness level, my classes can be modified or progressed so that you can exercise within your comfort zone, adapt to any individual needs and enjoy the benefits to your body, mind and soul.

Hi, My name is Daphne Richardson.
Welcome to my Freshfield Fitness website.

I’m a Qualified Tai Chi and QiGong Instructor for Health, Fitness and Well-Being. I am a TCHI Qualified Tai Chi for Arthritis, Falls Prevention, Rehabilitation and Energy Instructor. I have passed my Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine with Distinction (special interest QiGong).

I’m also a Qualified Active IQ Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Gym Instructor.
