‘Daf offered FREE taster Tai chi sessions during our health and wellness event for members of the community. The session was open, relaxed and very engaging. Everyone in the room, whether they were sitting or standing got involved, which is testament to Daf. All feedback was really positive, with some even considering Tai Chi as a lifestyle change. ‘I stumbled across Daphne from Freshfield Fitness on social media and was delighted when she accepted my offer to take part in our workplace wellness programme. Daphne delivered a series of Tai Chi & Qigong classes and the feedback from all attendees was very positive. I was personally only able to attend 1 of the classes, which I found really enjoyable and perfect for a relaxing lunchtime session. Daphnes knowledge and enthusiasm for Tai Chi is wonderful and her passion for teaching these classes is clearly abundant. Hopefully we will try Tai Chi again soon! (Dec 2019)
